NanoBrand (B2B) — Return & Refund Policy

Important: Business customers only. This policy summarises the key points of our B2B General Terms and Conditions and is integrated into it. It does not apply to sales to individuals.

 

Possible returns:

       Standard Products: Returns only with prior written consent and Return Authorization (RMA).

       Customized, configure-to-order, made-to-order products/services: Non-cancellable and non-refundable (NCNR) once accepted.

 

How do I make a return?

       Request for Return Authorization (RMA) before returning an item: rma@nanobrand.com

       Please provide your order number, item(s)/SKU, reason for return, and photos if damaged.

       Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package and return it in its original packaging with all tags.

       Dangerous or potentially contaminated goods must comply with all dangerous goods regulations (IATA/ICAO/IMDG/TDG/49 CFR) and any decontamination certificates we request.

 

Deadlines and inspection

       Report any visible damage, missing or non-compliant product within 10 working days of receipt.

       All returns are subject to inspection. Non-defective returns (if authorized) may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% and must be in resalable condition.

       Warranty Claims

       Warranty period: 30 days from delivery or the expiration date indicated on the product label, whichever is longer.

       Please notify us within the warranty period and within 30 days of discovery; we can request a return under RMA for evaluation (which can be destructive if necessary).

       Exclusive Remedy: At NanoBrand's option, we will repair, replace with an identical or functionally equivalent product, or issue a credit/refund of the purchase price. Replaced items become the property of NanoBrand.

 

Refunds and credits

       For approved returns, refunds or credits are issued upon inspection in accordance with the above remedies.

       Non-defective returns (if authorized) are refunded or credited, less any applicable restocking fees.

       If we cancel an order due to an error in listing, pricing or specifications prior to shipment, we will promptly refund the relevant amounts.

 

Shipping, Risks and Costs

       The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, insurance, and compliance with all transportation rules.

       The risk of loss of returns remains with the customer until receipt of the product at our address indicated.

       Claims for loss or damage in transit must be filed with the carrier; We will assist you as much as possible.

 

Cancellations and Modifications

       Standard delivery cancellations or postponements require our written consent and may incur handling/restocking fees.

       NCNR items cannot be cancelled or refunded once accepted.

 

Chargebacks

       Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks are a material violation. Please contact us beforehand so that we can resolve any issues quickly.

 

Notes and rare cases

       Force majeure events (e.g. late deliveries, shortages at a supplier) do not entitle you to a return. However, we will distribute inventory fairly and may offer substitute products that do not significantly affect form, fit, or function.

       Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or that do not comply with transportation and safety regulations may be refused or returned at your expense.
